The MLS Forum will feature two speakers covering the current housing market and strategies for navigating the evolving real estate landscape.

Dillan Krieg, Senior Researcher at John Burns Research and Consulting, will present “The State of Housing: Where We Stand and Where We’re Headed,” providing insights into current housing market trends, economic indicators, interest rates, inventory, affordability, and what to expect over the next 6–12 months.

Mark Johnson will present “Creating Your Future,” focusing on what broker-owners can control within their businesses, including operational decisions, adapting to market changes, and preparing for the future.

Together, the sessions will provide attendees with valuable market insights and practical strategies for navigating today’s real estate environment.
