Ignacio Maldini
Ignacio Maldini has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry for 21 years. He graduated from USC in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He started his career as a notary public performing loan doc signings and then moving on to loan processing. After learning the loan process, he started originating loans and also practicing residential real estate. He later worked for William Lyon Financial where he represented thousands of homebuyers over the course of 15 years to help them into their new homes. In 2019 he started his own mortgage brokerage with his business partner where they are averaging more than one loan closing per calendar day. Through November of 2021, they are currently at 376 closings for the year representing $200M in loan volume.
Ignacio’s experience and knowledge in all different aspects of the real estate process and different lending programs makes him the perfect candidate to teach a mortgage class to the OCR Realtors. He enjoys constantly learning and evolving in his personal life and his professional career. He has acquired a passion for teaching what he has learned over the last 21 years to his employees to allow them to excel, but also to his Realtor referral partners so they can create more sales and cultivate lifelong clients along the way.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and son and also riding motorcycles, surfing, traveling and camping.

Jason Forman
Jason Forman is an experienced mortgage professional with just over 24 years in the industry. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance. He has held his Broker’s License with the State of California Department of Real Estate since 2006; and has been a licensed Salesperson with the DRE since 1998. In June of 2019 he and his business partner started Trustlink Mortgage, a mortgage brokerage operating out of California, Colorado, Arizona and Idaho. Since that time, they have closed nearly 1000 loans representing more than $350 million in loan production.
Jason knows that trust and integrity are the cornerstones of a successful business. He prides himself on providing his customers and partners with exceptional service they can continue to rely on for years to come.
Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as mountain biking and playing
tennis.
