For the past 25 years she is the Vice President of Exchange Resources, Inc. She received the designation of Certified Exchange Specialist® and works to consult and educate individual investors and the broader real estate community regarding 1031 tax deferred exchanges. I assist in structuring complicated exchanges, and also consult with lenders and other agencies assisting them to understand the exchange process. She speaks regularly at various Board of Realtor functions, training meetings, investment seminars and CPA associations, CFP Associations, and the Bar Association. Ms. Bannister also taught at Santa Ana College. She teaches upward of 150 classes per year.
